These terms apply to shopping at hoodera.store under the HOODÉRA brand by Hoodier, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Products, prices and orders

Product details, available sizes and prices are displayed on the store. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery charges and the final amount payable are displayed at checkout before payment.

Review the product description, supplier size measurements, chosen size and delivery details before placing an order. Screen settings can cause minor differences in the appearance of colours; this does not limit remedies for goods that materially differ from their description.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange a refund for items we cannot supply. The price of an accepted order will not be increased without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and cancellation requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Our voluntary return period is 14 days after delivery for unused, undamaged hoodies. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the hoodie price is refunded and the original delivery fee is not refunded. HOODÉRA pays return shipping for approved returns.

Privacy and website use

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not use this website for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.

Consumer rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; accepted orders remain subject to the terms agreed when purchased.
