Delivery destinations and charges

HOODÉRA accepts orders for delivery to addresses where a shipping method is available at checkout. Our current standard delivery charge within the United Arab Emirates is AED 25 per order. The delivery charge and final total shown at checkout apply to your order and are displayed before payment.

International delivery is available only to destinations enabled at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery period for your selected method is shown at checkout. Delivery timing can depend on processing, dispatch, the destination and carrier conditions. If your order is delayed or has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist. This policy does not restrict remedies for non-delivery or failure to meet agreed delivery terms under applicable consumer law.

Delivery details

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if your details need correction; we will confirm whether the change is possible before dispatch.

Returns and delivery fees

For approved change-of-mind returns, only the price paid for the returned hoodie is refunded; the original shipping fee is not refunded. Please see our Return and Refund Policy. This exclusion does not limit applicable rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed items.
